Yes. With more than 150 employees, we are able to produce between 20,000 to 25,000 garments a month. Need big scales? Ask for it!
Yes we can. Most of the time, we only need a sketch or a drawing to develop the pattern. You can make as many modifications as needed. A sample will be made for you prior to starting production. We can try the size of your samples in our professional ALVANON body forms that meet the USTM standard.
We are not a fashion wholesaler and we do not carry any seasonal collections or stock. We’re a “made-to-order” private-label clothing manufacturer and produce per given design and quantity instructions received from our clients. Clients must send their designs or sketches and we transform them into fresh pieces. It is important to mention that our company policy does not allow us to sell one client’s style to other.

2 Receive a quote: We take into consideration your requirements in terms of design, quantities, sizes, fabrics, tags, labels, packaging and transportation to make the best approach regarding price and lead times.
3 First payments: In order to start production, you pay a 50% deposit for your order.
4 Pre production: We make and send you pre production samples for approval (either by photos or directly to your office.)
5 Production: We manufacture your dreams and transform them into beautiful, high quality garment.
Second payment: The remaining 50% should be paid before the delivery.
6 Shipping: After receiving the total payment, we proceed to send the goods.
Absolutely! We are attached to a program approved by the Colombian Government that gives us the possibility to receive your raw materials and not pay taxes for their entry to Colombia. We have the compromise to return you all raw materials transformed into garments.
Estimated production time varies depending of the complexity of your order/collection. Production usually takes from 8 to 10 weeks for basic styles. We will notify an estimated ship date after purchase order is submitted. We ship from our location in Bucaramanga, Colombia and the shipping terms must be agreed. Shipping transit time to the US takes an average of 7 days.
We require 50% at the time you place your order so we can start production. The remaining balance must be paid prior to shipping the products to your door. We accept wire transfers into our account in the United States.
